Right now, we are looking for a Power BI Consultant for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

Define and implement KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives;
Build and optimize data models to support scalable and efficient reporting solutions;
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to automate data integration, transformation, and refresh cycles;
Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure reliability and efficiency;
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics environments;
Support data -driven decision -making through analysis and reporting best practices;
Document data models, processes, integrations, and reporting solutions to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing;
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Intelligence ecosystem.

You must have:

Degree in Information Technologies, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;
Professional experience developing Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI;
Strong knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and report optimization;
Experience creating KPIs, metrics, and analytical reports for business users;
Strong SQL skills, including query development and performance optimization;
Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes;
Knowledge of data integration and transformation concepts;
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions;
Understanding of data quality, governance, and reporting best practices;
Strong analytical and problem -solving skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
Team spirit and proactive attitude.
