Right now, we are
looking for a PreSales - Cloud & Infrastructure to integrate
our internal team, based in Lisbon/Porto.

 

Your responsibilities
include:

  • Produce straightforward commercial proposals for standardised products from
    the Claranet Portfolio;

  • Handle quick -quote requests on active contracts — capacity changes, add -on
    upsells, or term extensions;

  • Ensure accurate sales engagement configuration in the CRM and keep the
    pipeline up to date;

  • Coordinate internally with Delivery, Operations, and Finance teams to
    validate timelines, SLAs, and commercial conditions;

  • Respond to basic
    technical questions about portfolio products, escalating to the Solutions
    Architecture team when required;

  • Ensure compliance with internal approval workflows (discount approval,
    legal sign -off) for every proposal issued;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal templates and the
    pricing knowledge base.


You must have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in one of the following:
  • Presales or Commercial Support in IT/Telco;
  • Contract management or renewals at a managed services provider;
  • Commercial back -office at a telecommunications operator or systems
    integrator;

  • Fast Learner - Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Ability to read
    and interpret basic infrastructure technical specifications (datacentre,
    networking, cloud);

  • Experience with
    CRM and proposal tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365);

  • Strong
    organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple opportunities
    simultaneously;

  • Clear
    communication with clients and internal stakeholders — written and verbal;

  • Native or fluent
    Portuguese; functional English (reading technical documentation and written
    communication).

 

We value:

  • Familiarity
    with cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and datacentre infrastructure;

  • Familiarity with Public Clouds
    (Azure, Aws, Google and GCP);

  • Basic knowledge of Managed
    Services models (SLA, ITIL, incident escalation);

  • Previous experience with pricing /
    CPQ (Configure -Price -Quote) tools;

  • Ambition to grow into more
    technical Presales or Solutions Architecture roles.
