What we're looking for:

We are looking for a talented and driven Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement and excellence of our manufacturing processes.

How you will contribute:

• Develop, qualify, and optimize film capacitor production processes to improve productivity, yield, and product quality;

• Maintain and update process documentation (FMEA, Process Instructions, Technical Specifications);

• Define and monitor critical process and product characteristics to ensure stability and compliance;

• Support equipment, material, and supplier qualification, including upgrades and new implementations;

• Analyze non-conformities (Maverick lots), implement corrective/preventive actions, and support audits and customer issues;

• Work with Quality on SPC management and perform data analysis using statistical tools (e.g., Minitab);

• Lead DoEs and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and costs;

• Prepare and present performance reports with insights and improvement actions;

• Support product industrialization, from R&D phases through to full-scale production;

• Ensure effective transfer of processes to production, including training of operators and technicians;

• Contribute to production line activities, ensuring alignment and collaboration between different business units;

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electronic);

• Experience in manufacturing/process engineering (preferential);

• Knowledge of process optimization, statistical analysis, and quality tools (SPC, FMEA, DoE) (preferential);

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab (preferential);

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively;

• Ownership and drive for continuous improvement;

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
