Procurement Analyst

Greenvolt is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement team and to be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing sourcing and cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials and equipment used in the renewable sector;
• Supports all processes of technical procurement for all Greenvolt companies for efficiency gains;
• Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical facts;
• Supports the assessor on selecting suppliers and making proposals regarding procurement;
• Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements;
• Ensure compliance with delivery times and prices stipulated in the contractual phase;
• Manage supplier identification and onboarding process including risk management, supplier setup, and contract management;
• Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities;
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities;
• Analyse spending patterns to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement;
• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement.

Profile:

• University Degree in Engineering with a focus on Renewable Energies;
• Technical knowledge on energy;
• At least 2/3 years of in Procurement/Supply Chain ;
• Knowledge on procuring for PV and BESS will be valorised;
• Precision in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and other procurement documents;
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Ability to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives aligned with organizational goals;
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes for the organization;
• Proficiency in English.
