Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Assembly, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of our digital product, aligning business objectives and enhancing user experience for our customers.  You will play a key role in defining the product vision, gathering insights, and driving the development of solutions that enhance customization, streamline operations, and support our business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform customer needs into impactful digital experiences, balancing strategic goals with hands-on execution to continuously improve and innovate our platform.

•    Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
•    Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer insights to identify new opportunities.
•    Develop data-driven strategies that balance business objectives with customer satisfaction.

Execution & Development
•    Translate complex requirements into actionable product plans.
•    Work closely with engineering, and business teams to oversee development cycles and ensure efficient execution.
•    Ensure seamless product delivery from concept to launch.

User Experience & Optimization
•    Understand customer needs by incorporating feedback loops, user testing, and continuous iteration.
•    Define and track key product metrics, leveraging data insights to drive improvements.
•    Optimize product experiences through A/B testing, usability studies, and performance analysis.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
•    Act as the bridge between business, and technology teams to ensure cohesive product development.
•    Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
•    Manage cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges. 


Must-Have
•    5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
•    Proven customer discovery and data analysis skills. 
•    Strong prioritization abilities, familiar with frameworks like MoSCoW or Kano.
•    Ability to discusse trade-offs and feasibility with developers (without requiring coding experience).
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders.
•    Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Nice-to-Have
•    Experience in e-commerce, B2B platforms, or digital marketplaces.
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) 
•    Background in UI/UX principles and working closely with design teams.
•    Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or textile industry-related products is a plus.
