About the Role 

Emotion Mobility is building the operating system for the modern car rental industry. We’re looking for a Product Manager for Fleet Logistics & Allocation who understands this problem from the inside.

This isn’t a role for someone who has only read about fleet operations. It’s for someone who has seen how allocation decisions are made today using gut feel, static rules, and spreadsheets and is ready to replace that with AI -driven logic that materially improves contribution margin.

You will own the product vision, roadmap and delivery of
our fleet logistics and vehicle allocation module, a tool that helps
operators with 5,000+ vehicles decide where every car should be, when and at
what cost. 

Who You Are

• 8+ years in car rental or fleet operations, managing 5,000+ vehicles across multiple locations with full ownership of allocation and utilization
  
• Commercial mindset with focus on contribution margin and key levers such as revenue per available car day, idle time, repositioning cost, and channel mix
  
• Data -driven approach, with interest in applying AI/ML to forecasting, allocation, and optimization
  
• Motivated to move from traditional environments into fast -paced, tech -driven companies with strong execution focus
  
• Clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions while bringing stakeholders along
  
  

• AI -Driven Allocation
  Engine: A demand -aware vehicle allocation model that learns from
  booking patterns, location performance, and seasonal signals, replacing static
  rules and manual overrides with continuous optimisation.
  
• Contribution Margin
  Dashboard: A real -time view of fleet performance by location,
  segment, and channel that makes margin impact visible and actionable for fleet
  and revenue managers.
  
• Repositioning
  Intelligence: Tools that calculate the true cost of moving a vehicle, factoring logistics, downtime, and revenue opportunity, so operators can
  make smarter rebalancing decisions faster.
  
• Fleet Planning Module: Forward -looking
  allocation recommendations tied to forecasted demand, helping operators
  right -size their fleet by location weeks in advance rather than reacting in
  real time.
  

What to Expect 

In the first 30 days, you’ll embed with fleet managers and engineering to understand how allocation decisions are made today, assess data quality, and identify where margin is being lost.

By 90 days, you’ll define and deliver the first iteration of the roadmap shipping early, testing with operators, and validating core allocation logic using real fleet data.

Between months 3 and 6, you’ll take ownership of the contribution margin dashboard and allocation engine v2, partnering closely with data and ML teams on demand forecasting and location -level optimization.

Within your first year, you’ll lead a product area that is measurably improving fleet utilization and contribution margin across Emotion Mobility’s customer base.
