Right
now, we are looking for a Product Manager IT for a client on our Talent
Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support the design, development, and
  commercial packaging of new IT services, workplace support solutions, and cloud
  productivity offerings.
  
• Contribute to the definition of product
  positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation for the
  enterprise market.
  
• Assist in the development and execution of
  Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new and existing solutions.
  
• Create sales enablement content, including
  presentations, FAQs, commercial messaging, product collateral, and training
  materials.
  
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales,
  Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful product adoption and market
  penetration.
  
• Monitor portfolio performance through
  commercial and adoption KPIs.
  
• Identify opportunities for portfolio
  optimization, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.
  
• Support the full product lifecycle, from
  concept and launch to ongoing management and enhancement.
  
  

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management,
  Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in
  Product Marketing, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Pre-Sales, or
  related roles within B2B IT or Telecommunications environments.
  
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365
  ecosystem, including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online.
  
• Knowledge of Modern Workplace concepts and
  digital workplace solutions.
  
• Basic understanding of identity and access
  management, particularly Microsoft Entra ID.
  
• Familiarity with Endpoint Management
  solutions and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to
  interpret commercial and adoption KPIs.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder
  management skills.
  
• Fluency in English.
   
  

We value:

• Experience launching or managing
  cloud-based productivity and collaboration solutions.
  
• Exposure to Go-To-Market (GTM)
  planning and execution.
  
• Experience creating sales
  enablement materials and supporting commercial teams.
  
• Knowledge of licensing models
  within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  
• Understanding of cross-sell and
  upsell strategies in B2B environments.
  
• Previous experience in the IT
  Services, Managed Services, Cloud, or Telecommunications sectors.
  
• Microsoft certifications related
  to Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, or Fundamentals (e.g., MS-900).
  
• Familiarity with market
  analysis, competitive intelligence, and product positioning methodologies.
  
• Experience working in
  cross-functional and matrix organizations.
