We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will act as the primary "Face and Voice" of the PGWay payment orchestration platform. The objective is to transform complex technical orchestration into a high-end, trustworthy brand that resonates with high-risk merchants and global partners. This role involves full ownership of all public-facing touchpoints — from the company’s presence at major iGaming expos to its digital footprint on LinkedIn and the corporate website.
Responsibilities
Expo & Event Management: End-to-end execution of the company’s presence at premier industry events (e.g., ICE London, SiGMA, iGB Live). This encompasses booth design, on-site messaging, and the development of lead-generation strategies.
Digital Presence: Management of the company LinkedIn page and executive profiles. Tasks include designing high-quality banners, crafting thought-leadership content, and maintaining a high-authority digital brand presence.
Product Launches: Collaboration with Product Managers to translate technical specifications into value-driven marketing features. Responsible for creating high-impact "One-Pagers" and executing website updates for every product release.
Sales Enablement: Development of high-stakes presentation decks and marketing collateral designed to facilitate the acquisition of major high-risk merchants.
Requirements
Industry Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in B2B Marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Payments, iGaming, or FX sectors.
Visual & Design Proficiency: Strong aesthetic judgment with the ability to independently utilize tools such as Canva or Figma to produce high-quality LinkedIn assets, banners, and core marketing materials.
Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, concurrent workstreams, such as international event logistics (booth build-outs) and digital platform updates, with high precision and minimal supervision.
High-Risk Market Fluency: Deep understanding of the specific dynamics of the betting and gambling industry - characterized by bold positioning, rapid execution, and a requirement for high-trust brand authority.
