As a Product Operations Support Intern, you will assist our product management team with operational, administrative, and client communication tasks. Assist in preparing materials and scheduling meetings with internal teams and clients;
Organize and update physical and digital files related to projects, samples, and communications;
Draft client communications and replies for review and approval by the Coordinator;

Record client feedback and changes in a structured and categorized way;
Prepare samples, packaging, and documentation for shipments, approvals, and reviews;
Support the communication of operational updates to clients;
Identify obstacles and suggest process improvements;
Collaborate in the adoption of new tools and working methods.
