Mission

To ensure the comprehensive management of projects, overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring and control of activities, with responsibility for meeting deadlines, costs, quality and contractual objectives, as well as for customer satisfaction.

Context

A role with direct responsibility for project delivery, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and aligning with PMO practices and processes.

Key responsibilities

•             End-to-end project planning and management (scope, schedule, resources, costs and risks)

•             Leadership and coordination of project teams

•             Client relationship management, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations

•             Monitoring of project delivery and control of deviations, with implementation of corrective actions

•             Managing risks and opportunities, including defining and monitoring mitigation plans

•             Overall coordination of on-site activities (installation, testing, commissioning)

•             Technical validation of solutions in collaboration with the engineering teams

•             Contract management and monitoring of suppliers/subcontractors

•             Preparation and presentation of structured reports (internal and to the client)

•             Ensuring compliance with the methodologies, standards and governance defined by the PMO

•             Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements

•             Higher education degree in Engineering

•             Registration with the Institute of Engineers

•             At least 5 years’ professional experience in project management (ideally in an industrial or infrastructure context)

•             Proven experience in projects with technical components (electrical, electronic or ITS systems)

•             Solid knowledge of IT and systems integration

•             Experience in using planning tools (e.g. MS Project) and Excel

•             Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred:

•             Project Management Certification (preferably IPMA)
