Project Manager – Cloud & infraestructure

We are looking for a Project Manager (Cloud Infrastructure) to lead the implementation of a new private cloud platform. In this role, you will define the project governance, roadmap, milestones, and execution plan, ensuring successful delivery while meeting timelines, budget, quality standards, and risk management objectives.

You will work closely with internal technical teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to drive the successful execution of a critical infrastructure project. This position combines project leadership, technical coordination, and executive communication in complex cloud and datacenter environments.

This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon.

Requirements

• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or Cloud certifications.
  


• Experience defining project governance models and executive reporting structures.
  


• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and executive teams.
  


• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, mitigation planning, and project controls.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  


• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure or cloud transformation programs.
  


• Strong background in private cloud, IaaS, virtualization, or datacenter projects.
  


• Comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, external suppliers, and implementation partners.
  


• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide executive reporting and align stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  


• Organized, proactive, and delivery-focused, with a strong sense of accountability and risk awareness.
