Right now, we
are looking for a Project Manager for a client on our Talent Team.

Your
responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of technology initiatives
  aligned with the company’s digital and transformation agenda.
  
• Plan, prepare, and implement all portfolio
  management activities.
  
• Coordinate projects in close collaboration with
  the unit Manager, leadership team, and cross -functional stakeholders.
  
• Define and track project objectives, budgets,
  timelines, and execution status.
  
• Monitor projects using KPIs, SLAs, and simplified
  financial analysis.
  
• Identify risks related to timeline, budget, and
  scope, and propose mitigation actions.
  
• Manage relationships with external partners,
  ensuring alignment and effective delivery.
  
• Act as a bridge between business and technology
  teams, ensuring alignment of needs and solutions.
  
• Support the development of new initiatives,
  opportunities, and procurement processes.
  
• Ensure proper governance across all project
  lifecycle phases, following established methodologies and frameworks.
  
• Build strong understanding of business processes
  and identify technology -driven improvement opportunities.
  

You
must have:

• Proven experience in portfolio and project
  management, ideally in a technology or digital environment.
  
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with
  the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and
  performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Strong stakeholder management and
  cross -functional coordination skills.
  
• Solid understanding of project management
  methodologies and best practices.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess
  risks and project performance.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability
  to bridge technical and business teams.
