Right now, we are looking for a Project Manager Senior for a
client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute small IT projects:
  define project scope, identify required resources, manage teams, and ensure
  compliance with established deadlines;
  
• Manage the full lifecycle of
  CrossCRs: analysis, planning, execution, testing, and delivery;
  
• Assess the technical and functional
  impacts of changes, promoting alignment between the involved areas;
  
• Demonstrate a high degree of
  autonomy and the ability to manage complex situations;
  
• Actively support the ongoing
  transformation processes within the organization;
  
• Demonstrate organizational skills
  and agile leadership behaviors that align with the team culture;
  
• Promote good IT governance and
  Change Management practices;
  
• Provide constructive feedback to
  team members, contributing to continuous improvement processes;
  
• Review and manage pending items,
  risks, and issues to ensure projects maintain an updated status, as necessary
  and appropriate.
  

You must have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in
  project management;
  
• Solid knowledge of general
  Information Systems management and strong proficiency in managing system
  implementation processes, particularly those highly integrated with
  market -standard middleware solutions;
  
• Experience in integration projects
  involving multiple systems is valued;
  
• Experience in consulting projects;
  
• Previous experience in projects
  carried out in collaboration will be considered an advantage.
  
• Knowledge of Office tools (Excel,
  Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, among others.
