For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

4 years of experience as a Project Manager

Ability to query and analyze data using SQL to extract relevant WMS insights, support operational improvements, and drive logistics efficiency.

Proven ability to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications that align the WMS with stakeholder and end-user needs.

Capacity to monitor WMS performance continuously, identify operational gaps, and implement targeted improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Active participation in testing and validation phases for new WMS functionality, ensuring requirements are fully met prior to go-live.

Demonstrated autonomy in project management, with the ability to independently drive WMS-related initiatives with minimal supervision.

Fluency in English (B2) and in Portuguese (B2)

Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Lisboa. Willingness to travel to other locations within the country when necessary

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
