We’re looking for a Project Technology Transfer Manager to lead the successful transfer of industrial technologies, processes, and expertise across projects and sites. This role is critical to ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and efficient project execution in a complex industrial environment.

Your role, your impact
• Define, execute and maintain Technology Transfer Plans across industrial activities including production, testing, quality and supply chain
• Analyse transfer risks and drive mitigation actions to ensure project success
• Coordinate donor and receiver stakeholders across projects, métiers and industrial sites
• Manage transfer documentation, industrial maturity plans, training and technical assistance activities
• Deploy and continuously improve technology transfer standards, processes and tools
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, industrial operations and project management - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial environments, preferably within the railway sector
• Experience in project management or industrial QCD management
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills in multicultural environments
• Fluent English and familiarity with common information systems and digital tools

• Effective execution of technology transfer plans within project objectives
• Timely identification and mitigation of transfer risks
• Quality and completeness of transfer documentation and training activities
• Successful coordination between donor and receiver organizations
• Contribution to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
