Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordination and activation of NiP premises (PRT and LSB), specifically Villas, Honolulu Wellness Club, and GetTogether areas.
  • Planning and execution of themed events, including defining timelines, responsible parties, and KPIs.
  • Overseeing contracts with external service providers (F&B, scenting, sports, merchandising) and monitoring SLAs.
  • Management of the NiP Boutique and Welcome Bar.
  • Defining and updating the building's zoning model by teams and functional synergies.
  • Analysis of office occupancy dashboards and preparation of utilization reports.
  • Facilitation of regular committees with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring of transversal workplace initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education in Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related area with Facility Management experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in coordinating multi-functional projects or operations.
  • Analytical ability and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with PM tools.
  • Professional English and French proficiency.
