Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.
Services are provided through our six main campuses:
Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.
Mental Health Division - Nothern Health

Northern Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated psychologist to undertake the role of Professional Lead Psychology within the Mental Health Division.
This fixed-term leadership opportunity offers the chance to work alongside senior psychology and operational leaders to support excellence in psychology practice, workforce development, clinical governance, and staff wellbeing across Adult Mental Health Services.
As a member of the Psychology Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Director of Psychology, Principal Clinical Lead, and Psychology Clinical Educators to support psychologists across a range of community, rehabilitation, and inpatient mental health settings.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the psychology profession while helping to foster a positive, resilient, and psychologically safe workforce.
About the Role:
The Professional Lead Psychology provides professional leadership and discipline-specific oversight to psychologists across Northern Health Adult Mental Health Services.
