We're looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in finding and attracting top talent across our diverse business areas, directly contributing to our continued growth and success.

What You'll Do:

  Own the entire in-house recruitment process from end-to-end for various departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  
  


• 
  

  Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communication.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize your expertise to identify and implement best practices in recruitment, constantly striving for continuous improvement in our hiring efforts.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to a positive candidate experience that reflects ComparaJá's values.

  
  

What You'll Bring:

• 
  

  A Bachelor's or Master's degree.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment-focused role or as an HR Generalist with significant recruitment responsibilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Factorial HR software is an advantage.

  
  

Language Requirements:

• 
  

  Advanced/fluent proficiency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is essential for this role.

On-site, Alvalade.
