Regional Sales Manager Portugal and Galicia (all genders)

Preferred Profile & Skills 

• Technical or commercial education
• 5–10 years of sales experience in hand tools or comparable technical products, ideally within the electrical, industrial, air‑conditioning, or sanitary sectors
• Interest in social media and digital marketing
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 3 days per week
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

• Solid understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, and market strategies
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve sales targets

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software 
• Good level of Spanish to manage the Galicia area and collaborate with the Spanish team
