Relocation Support + German Customer Care

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Help customers with product information, order issues, and technical support.
• Solve problems and escalate complex issues to the right team.
• Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in German (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
• No prior experience required – open to beginners.
• Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
