Your mission

Odds Scanner is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing team in Lisbon!

We’re looking for someone who can help us bridge untapped potential with the right affiliate strategies and relationships.

In this role, you will be the key point of contact between Russian-speaking affiliates and the Latin American market, helping to remove cultural, linguistic and technical barriers to success. You’ll have the opportunity to test new affiliate strategies, explore emerging opportunities, and work closely with teams across Sales Operations, Finance, Tech, Design, Compliance, and more.

We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, willing to learn, and excited to experiment and iterate toward scalable results. You’ll be expected to contribute to both short-term wins and long-term affiliate network growth.

Responsibilities

Manage Russian Speaking Affiliate Network, maintain existing relationships and create new ones
Attend conferences, events and engage with potential affiliates as per company's needs
Analyze affiliates' performance
Support during the onboarding and setup of their accounts
Work closely with teams across Sales Operations, Finance, Tech, Design, Compliance, and more

Requirements

Proven experience in affiliate marketing or account management
Experience managing partnerships or performance-based marketing channels
An active portfolio of affiliates (particularly Russian-speaking) ready to be onboarded and introduced to new markets
Understanding of the iGaming/sports betting industry and affiliate ecosystems (strong plus)
Professional proficiency in Russian and English
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and workflows
