YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring they align with our guidelines
• You collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts
• You provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in English
• You make informed decisions, contributing to a seamless claims management process
• You handle a variety of cases, keep your work dynamic and enhance quality standards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You have a background in claims management or customer service, with a passion for client interaction

  Communication: You excel in written and verbal communication in French and approach problems with clarity and confidence

  Negotiation: You bring strong negotiation skills and maintain a solution-oriented, professional attitude under pressure

  Stakeholder Management: You collaborate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal entities

  Languages: You are fluent in English and French (Mandatory)

  Soft Skills: You are adaptable, proactive, and focused on delivering positive outcomes for customers and partners
