About the Role

We are currently looking for a Contract Management Officer to join our Digital Brokerage Department, a dynamic and fast-paced team supporting brokers and financial partners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth setup and management of savings contracts and partner onboarding processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and implementation of new contracts

• Handle the administrative side of contract lifecycle management

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of savings-related operations

• Provide clear and professional responses to partner inquiries

• Maintain strong and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
