Your Role:

• Assist our recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Croatian-speaking candidates across various fields.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand job specifications and team requirements.
• Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, providing them with a positive experience.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality talent efficiently.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights and innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training opportunities to enhance your recruiting skills.

• Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• A proactive and positive approach to assisting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks effectively.
• A collaborative spirit, eager to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal, aided by our comprehensive paid relocation package.
• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
