• Assist Croatian-speaking clients through online platforms, providing support for their travel inquiries and reservations.
• Offer expert advice on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations tailored to client preferences.
• Design and curate personalized travel itineraries that highlight clients’ interests and ensure memorable experiences.
• Quickly address and resolve client concerns or issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document client interactions and preferences in our CRM system to ensure continued exceptional service.
• Keep abreast of the latest travel trends, services, and destination updates to offer informed recommendations.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
• A strong passion for travel and familiarity with popular travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
