What Youll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, youll:

• Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, representing the company with energy and professionalism

• Document interactions and solutions clearly in our CRM system

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Stay informed about the latest products, services, and policies from the company

• Bring enthusiasm and empathy to every interaction

• Use your technical knowledge to help customers solve issues confidently

What Were Looking For

You're a great fit if you:

• Speak German at a C1 level and English at a B2 level

• Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center (automotive industry experience is a plus)

• Are enthusiastic about cars and confident with digital tools

• Pay close attention to detail and stay organized

• Excel at problem-solving and enjoy finding creative solutions

• Love learning and are quick to adapt to new technologies and systems
