What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers via email or phone in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer inquiries and recommend services tailored to customer needs

• Input new customer information accurately into our system

• Handle contact requests efficiently and effectively

• Represent and support the clients brand with dedication and enthusiasm
