Salary is EUR 1,350 per month gross with bonuses

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Care Representatives to support users with their questions and issues all from the comfort of your home in Lisbon.

Your Mission

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Youll be helping users with product questions, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding them through ecosystem, and ensuring a seamless and delightful experience with every interaction.

️ What Youll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Dutch.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot issues with different devices (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, etc.) and services (iCloud, iTunes).

• Escalate technical issues when needed and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch (C1 or native level) and proficient in English (B2 or higher).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of general consumer electronics.

• Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to work remotely in Lisbon (you must be based in Portugal).

• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
