Remote Customer Care with a Gadgets Technology Corporation (French Language)

Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! You've got to be located in Greece.

Salary is EUR 1,250 per month gross with bonuses

As a French-Speaking Customer Care Representative, your mission is to deliver world-class service to the users. You will be the voice of one of the most recognized and innovative tech companies in the world, helping customers by phone, chat, and emailresolving inquiries, providing product support, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to French-speaking customers across various channels (calls, emails, chat).

  • Assist with general inquiries, product features, technical troubleshooting, and account-related issues.

  • Guide users through the ecosystem products including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iCloud.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent in French (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work remotely with good self-discipline and time management.

  • Tech-savvy, with an interest in technology.

  • Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus.

  • Must be currently residing in Portugal or willing to relocate.
