Salary is EUR 880 per month gross with bonuses

What You'll Do:

• Deliver top-tier support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

• Assist with account inquiries, card issues, transactions, and platform navigation

• Guide clients through usage of the meal card system and mobile app

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

• Record detailed case information and follow up where necessary

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in French (C1 minimum) and strong English communication skills

• Experience in customer service or support roles (preferred but not required)

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate systems

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
