Remote Customer Care with a Sneakers Corporation (Dutch Language)

Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal! You've got to be located in Portugal.

Salary is EUR 1,350 per month gross with bonuses

Your Role
Are you passionate about the sportswear industry? As a customer service representative, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences, building relationships, and contributing to the brands success. You'll work independently and take initiative, while being part of a supportive international environment. Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and engaging service, showing genuine interest in customers and helping build a positive brand experience

  • Create opportunities to go above and beyond for customers, addressing their questions and concerns

  • Support customers with inquiries related to orders, account access, payments, and product availability

Your Profile

  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media (a plus)

  • Basic computer literacy

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support (preferred)

  • Native Dutch speaker with a minimum B2 level in English

  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude

  • Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable with dynamic environments

  • Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure

What We Offer

  • Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)

  • Availability between 8 AM 8 PM (Monday to Friday) and 9 AM 5 PM (Saturday and Sunday)
