Salary is EUR 1,350 per month gross with bonuses

Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently within specified timeframes;

• Support customers by identifying solutions through troubleshooting;

• Recognize potential escalations and manage them appropriately following set procedures;

• Work closely with back-office teams and other departments to deliver tailored solutions for customers.

Your Profile

• You have excellent Dutch language skills, both written and spoken;

• You are confident using MS Office programs;

• You have completed at least pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO);

• You are enthusiastic about working with people and have outstanding communication skills;

• You are professional, cooperative, and a strong team player;

• You bring an international outlook to your work;

• You are open to relocating to Portugal;

• Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
