About the Client

Youll be working with a leading Social Media brand, known and loved around the world.

Your Role

• Support top-tier clients across multiple channels: chat, email, and phone

• Help businesses grow by expanding their use of self-service advertising platforms

• Deliver pre- and post-sales support for a variety of digital products

• Offer expert product and tool guidance to enhance the client experience

• Troubleshoot technical and delivery issues and provide timely resolutions

• Share feedback and insights to improve services and tools

• Identify opportunities for clients to maximize their results

What You'll Bring

• Native-level Hebrew and strong English skills (B2 or higher)
