Customer Support Representative - French Market (Remote in Portugal)

We are hiring Customer Service agents for Audi in Portugal!

Benefits

• 880/month × 14 salaries per year (12,320 annually)

• Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day

• Transport allowance: 20 per month

• Health insurance: Active from day 1 (employee contribution required); free after 6 months

• Welcome/position bonus: 80 per 11 months (Braga only: 20 per 12 months)

• Permanent contract

• 2 rotative days off per week

• Remote position (Lisbon area only; candidates must be located between Coimbra and Algarve)

Working Hours

• Monday to Sunday Rotative shifts (24/7 coverage)

• 2 rotative days off per week

Requirements

• Fluent in French and good command of English

• Strong customer service skills with KPI experience

• Ability to work shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Candidates must reside between Coimbra and Algarve (remote only; no relocation provided)

• Accepted documents include an EU ID, residence card, Manifestação de Interesse, and visas (under consultation).
