✨ Customer Service Associate (German & English) – Remote Portugal

This role strengthens our cross-language coverage and requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for mobile games and tech topics.
Please note: This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Portugal (EU).
📅 Working Hours & Schedule
● Start date: Between March 23–30
● 40 hours per week (Full-Time, 1 FTE)
● Shift start between 08:00–10:00 CET
● Shift end between 17:00–19:00 CET, depending on business needs and SLA performance
● Weekend flexibility required: Openness to working both Saturday and Sunday, with alternative days off during the week (e.g., Wednesday/Thursday or Thursday/Friday)
If sufficient weekend coverage is achieved, the schedule may later be adjusted to include only Saturday or Sunday shifts, depending on ticket demand.
Flexibility in scheduling is a key requirement for this role.
💬 What You’ll Do
● Provide written customer support in english
● Support German brands when required
● Handle inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy
● Ensure SLA adherence and maintain high-quality communication standards
● Work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team
🎯 What You Bring
Languages:
● Native or fluent German
● Native or fluent English
Skills & Attributes:
● Very strong written communication skills
● Enthusiasm for mobile games and tech-related topics
● Hands-on, independent, and proactive mindset
● Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
● Flexible and reliable regarding working hours, including weekends
📌 Experience & Tools
● Previous experience in customer service or a consumer-facing role
● Experience working toward performance targets
● Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is strongly preferred
● Comfortable using Google or Microsoft productivity tools
