Job Title: Customer Service Representative French Market
Location: Porto, Portugal (Remote)
Start Date: 25 September 2025

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, 08:00 19:00 (rotative shifts)

• 2 rotative days off per week

• Note: Possibility of late shift extension until 21:00 depending on client request (not implemented so far)

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: 1000 gross x 14 months

• Performance Bonus: 50 gross x 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.

• Provide professional, accurate, and timely solutions to customer needs.

• Maintain a customer-first approach while resolving complaints and issues.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (C1 level)

• Good English communication skills (B1/B2)

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
