YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You will manage a team of Customer Sales and Service agents and be accountable for your market performance
You are willing to deep dive into the processes, optimize them and develop your team’s knowledge level
You will work with the team to drive quality, customer satisfaction, sales and productivity performance
You will analyze statistics and reports, run root-cause analyzis and own improvement action plans, both at a team and individual levels
You will drive Performance Reviews, and continuously support your team towards a true premium service to our customers
You will make your team engagement and employee satisfaction a basis for the day-to-day interactions.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have management experience, both technical and disciplinary, as a supervisor, team lead, operations manager or in a similar position and enjoy working in a team
Language You are native speaker in FRENCH and are fluent in English (mandatory) and have an understandable and clear way to speak and express yourself
You understand how to communicate expectations and motivate people, even in critical situations
You love analyzing and optimizing structures and work processes and establishing improvements in a team
You are self-motivated, have the ability to multitask and work successfully in a fast-paced team environment
You are experienced in using MS-Office programs – especially Outlook and Excel
