Position: Customer Service German

Starting Date: 8 June 2025

Location: Remote (Only accepting applicants from Coimbra and up).

Work Schedule:

Monday to Sunday Rotative shifts:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 18:00

Saturday to Sunday: 08:00 17:00

Occasionally, availability from 08:00 19:00 is required.

Days Off: 2 rotational days.

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries professionally via email and chat.

Ensure accurate and efficient solutions to customer queries.

Meet company standards and customer expectations.

Demonstrate sales experience and actively promote solutions.

What Were Looking For

Fluency in German and a reasonable understanding of English (mandatory).

Experience in sales (mandatory).

Candidates must reside from Coimbra upwards.

Relocation Package: Not offered if relocating to Porto from within Portugal.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Details:

Gross Monthly Salary: 1100 (Paid across 14 months).

Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (net) added to the payslip.

Transport Allowance: Not provided.

Sign-On Benefits for Relocation (Outside of Portugal):

Shared accommodation provided for 12 months:

Cost: 280 per month (utilities included, directly discounted from payslip).

Airfare Reimbursement (Economy Class):

Up to 400 reimbursed after 6 months of contract.

Temporary Accommodation:

Hotel stay for 28 days arranged for individuals relocating from outside Portugal.

Sign-On Benefits for Relocation (Inside Portugal):

Hotel stay for 15 days arranged (if relocating to Porto from competitor-provided housing).

Travel reimbursement:

Up to 150, reimbursed after 6 months of contract.
