Key Responsibilities

• Assist Czech-speaking clients with their inquiries and provide knowledgeable advice regarding our services and offerings.
• Manage communications via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Support the team by processing orders and managing customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Contribute to internal reporting by documenting customer interactions and outcomes.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and services.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• A self-motivated individual who can work well independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation costs completely covered.
