Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding NIKON products and help resolve any related issues.
• Document and track customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about NIKON's products, promotions, and features to provide accurate support.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to team development efforts.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in customer service or a related support role is beneficial.
