Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support in Danish via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding property management services, including contracts and local regulations.
• Effectively handle customer issues and complaints, striving for timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance service delivery and address client feedback.
• Stay updated on property management trends and regulations to deliver knowledgeable support.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, ideally within property management.
