This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about fashion and committed to providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will assist customers in navigating their shopping experiences and resolving any inquiries related to our casualwear offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and product knowledge.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and our product offerings to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or fashion, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Technical proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
• A passion for fashion and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
