Customer Support Specialist (Dutch + English) Work Remotely from Anywhere in Portugal!

Looking for a stable, full-time remote job with a leading tech company while staying right here in Portugal? We're hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist small and medium-sized businesses with digital advertising tools. Youll start with one month of on-site training in Lisbon, and then enjoy the flexibility of working fully remote from anywhere in the country!

What Youll Do:

• Help customers via phone, email, and chat

• Provide pre- and post-sales support

• Assist with account navigation, advertising tools, and campaign management

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and share feedback

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English (B2/C1)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Positive, service-oriented mindset

• Tech-savvy or open to learning (training provided!)

• Legal right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid permit)

Schedule & Training:

• ️ Monday to Friday | 9:0017:00 (no weekends!)

• 1 month of on-site training in Lisbon

• Fully remote after training work from anywhere in Portugal!
