Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding tech products, software solutions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide prompt and accurate information to help customers troubleshoot issues and optimize their product usage.
• Assist in account management, billing inquiries, and service inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support and product teams to address customer concerns effectively.
• Stay informed on the latest product updates and technology trends to offer informed assistance and advice.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English fluency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to engage empathetically with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to assisting customers.
• A technology-savvy mindset and a passion for helping others.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new environment.
