Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking potential clients through phone calls and emails to generate leads.
• Present our services effectively and schedule appointments for the sales representatives.
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and confirm appointments.
• Document all interactions and appointments in our CRM system with accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments.
• Provide insights and feedback on lead quality to enhance appointment-setting strategies.
• Keep abreast of industry developments to effectively communicate with prospects.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.
• Strong ability to establish rapport quickly and create positive client interactions.
