Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients through calls and emails in Dutch.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Keep detailed records of interactions and update our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and assist with initial questions.
• Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth transition of prospects.
• Offer feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies and client interactions.

• Fluency in Dutch and basic English proficiency is required.
• No previous experience necessary; a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail are important.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
• Open to relocating with full support from the company.
• Able to undergo a 3-month paid training program in Greece (paid relocation).
