In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients, enhancing their experience with our services and products.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Provide information about services, facilitate order placements, and manage customer accounts.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best support possible.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
• Proficient in CRM systems and computer literacy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive environment.
• Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
