Dutch Speaking Customer Service for E-Marketplace | Work & Live in Greece

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding marketplace services, orders, payments, and account management in Dutch.
• Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, returns, and dispute resolution.
• Provide clear information about product listings, marketplace policies, and promotions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

• Exceptional fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential
• A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
