Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to search engine functionality and optimization.
• Develop personalized strategies to enhance clients' online visibility and search engine performance.
• Respond to customer queries through multiple communication channels, ensuring effective problem resolution.
• Facilitate training and workshops aimed at empowering clients in search engine best practices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to gather insights and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in search engine technology to provide relevant advice to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Prior experience in customer service, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster positive client interactions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and search engine optimization practices is highly advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate clients in various time zones.
• Be able to attend a fully paid 3 months training in Greece ( relocation package )
