Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the order to cash cycle, from order entry to invoicing and payment collection.
• Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve order inquiries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update the ERP system to ensure accurate order management and financial records.
• Identify and analyze trends in order processing to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Adhere to company policies and external regulations throughout the order management process.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is also required.
• Previous experience in order to cash processes, finance, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational abilities to manage diverse order flows.

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
